Bank Holiday Dates: We’re unable to offer delivery on Bank Holidays. If you select May 26th, DPD may deliver a day early.

We do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands – sadly the balloons don’t make the journey very well! |
Scottish Postcodes
For any Scottish addresses, we recommend using our postcode checker as some addresses require a 2-day delivery service and are not available for next-day delivery. |

For logistical reasons, each product arrives in its own box and requires it’s own shipping charges.
At this time DPD is unable to guarantee any pre – 12 pm or pre- 10.30 am deliveries, although are working to do so.

Monday Deliveries: Balloons for delivery on a Monday depart our studio on a Friday. This may result in DPD delivering them over the weekend. Just like a card, we recommend asking your recipient to save the parcel until the big day! |
Tracking Details: Your balloon departs our studio at approximately 5 pm the day before delivery (excluding Monday deliveries, see above). At this point, you will receive your tracking details and can keep an eye on your parcel via DPD’s Tracking Service. |
