Valentine's Day is one of our favourite days of the year. Love is well and truly all around and our favourite brands allow us to do our favourite types of installations. We've seen more hearts in the past 7 days than we care to admit, but deep down we love LOVE!
BURLINGTON ARCADE
We started off the week at the gorgeous Burlington Arcade alongside our good friends at By Appointment Only Design (the geniuses behind the stunning flowers below). Creating this enormous balloon and flower heart was not only incredibly fun, but it's also turned out to be one of our all time favourites.
WETHERELL on MOUNT STREET
The perfect colour combination to work with and we're sure you can see why! The peachy tones worked beautifully against the black and gold touches of Wetherell's with the colours tying together perfectly. A larger than life install to help draw attention to this wonderful estate agents on Mount Street. The appearance by resident sausage dogs Gigi & George was also very much welcome too!
WE WORK
We absolutely love working at the We Work Devonshire Terrace spot - a gorgeously open space ready to be ballooned no matter the celebration! Taking the garlands to the tops of the trees and creating an outdoor suspended ceiling was a total joy (even if our fingers were slightly cooler than usual by the end of it!).
ANNABEL'S
The mammoth task that is Annabel's! The most gorgeous rooms in the world make it the best place to decorate. We could have placed a handful of hearts in each room and it would have looked phenomenal. Thankfully we were allowed to have a little more fun than that and the images speak for themselves! A suspended balloon and tassel garland in the Mexican Room looked perfectly at home. Not to mention a staircase of hearts and a nightclub decorated with Heart Confetti Giants - if we ever go missing, you'll find us here!
KISS THE HIPPO
A giant Flamingo Pink garland brightening up a slightly drab February morning - what's not to love? We absolutely loved creating this garland for Kiss The Hippo filled with a fun take on the Valentine's colours. Totally gorgeous and totally fun, how every Valentine's should be!
TEZENIS
We're lucky enough that this wasn't our first Tezenis rodeo! It's always fun to cover their huge Oxford St store in balloons for Valentine's. The space lends itself so well to the garlands of balloons spilling out from every corner. We especially love this years darker berry theme - totally stunning.
HARRODS
Always a classic and always a favourite, Valentine's at Harrods was no different. Our installation was in place for a month, which meant 4 Sunday evenings spent at Harrods ensuring the balloons looked perfect, and there's definitely worst places to be! This gorgeous LOVE sign was made to be ballooned and although it's not the largest install we've ever created, it's definitely a favourite. Simple, gorgeous and spilling with L.O.V.E!
THE DORCHESTER
Oh Valentine's at The Dorchester - yes please! Balloons, hearts, flowers and one of the best hotels in the world - it was always going to be magical! The simplicity of heart balloons suspended perfectly throughout the hotel speaks volumes. Quality not quantity is a saying for this exact reason. Chic, romantic and totally gorgeous.
THE ARTS CLUB
Feeling perfectly at home, we always love stepping into The Arts Club. Each floor has a completely different feel and we loved positioning our heart bunches all around this gorgeous venue. Not to mention the stunning berry blush heart which sat perfectly in place, ready for the loved up celebrations!
